Sheriff Whittington was honored to take part in the ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening of the new Bossier Parish Central Library in Bossier City on Tuesday.
“The leaders of Bossier Parish have kept us a step ahead by having the foresight and forethought to build this great facility for generations to come,” said Sheriff Whittington.
