Congratulations to Keshia Miller and Jean Horne on their promotions by Sheriff Whittington on Monday. Jean Horne was promoted to Supervisor II and Keshia Miller was promoted to Supervisor I in the Civil Department Tax Division. The promotions took place in the Sheriff’s conference room in the Bossier Parish Courthouse.

“Even though your jobs are done behind the scenes, they are still a vital part of the Bossier Sheriff’s Office mission and it makes me proud to promote both of you,” said Sheriff Whittington.
