Steve Hoyle Intensive Substance Abuse Program (SHISAP) is located at Bossier Parish Correctional Center—Medium Security in Plain Dealing, Louisiana. SHISAP is a 600 bed in-patient substance abuse program. The program provides clinical substance abuse services to adult male offenders and their families in a correctional setting. To check the status of the letter, please call after 4 weeks with the offender’s DOC#--we cannot process or check the status of the letter without a DOC #.
