Man Busted for Marijuanafor the Fifth Time

A Princeton man was arrested Saturday after deputies found marijuana on him following a traffic stop, making this the fifth time he's been arrested for the same crime over the past nine years.
Adam E. Horshbarger, 28, of the 1700 block of Allenwood Lane in Princeton, was traveling westbound on Highway 80 in Haughton when a deputy stopped him for crossing back and forth on the white fog line. When the deputy made contact with Horshbarger, who was traveling with his 7-year-old son, he appeared very nervous. After receiving consent to search the vehicle, the deputy found in plain view sight a wooden smoking pipe with loose suspected marijuana in the driver's side door. Horshbarger was charged with possession of marijuana (5th offense), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a minor and improper lane usage. He has previously been arrested for possession of marijuana in 2002, 2003, 2006 and just a month ago in October.
Horshbarger was transported to the Bossier Maximum Correctional Facility in Plain Dealing for booking, and his bond is set at $26,700.
