Justin Howse |
Rabb told Bossier detectives she and Howse conspired to burglarize the residence during the time Rabb was hired to clean the Haughton residence in mid-August. She said she cleaned the house, but before she departed the residence, she left one of the windows unlocked. Howse then came back later to burglarize the residence.
Howse was charged with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, theft of firearms, middle grade felony theft and misdemeanor theft. He was also charged with simple burglary of a business for burglarizing his place of employment, Magnolia Tree Service in Haughton, on Aug. 15. He was transported to the Bossier Maximum Security Facility for booking with a bond set at $131,500.
Detectives believe Howse has been selling firearms, both pistols and long guns, in the Bossier area and are asking anyone who believes they may have purchased weapons from him to contact the Bossier Sheriff's Department at 965-2203.
